Protein and sugar free snack needed

Hi everyone,

I need some help coming up with some snacks that are protein and sugar free,

I have about 550 cals left for the day but have used up my sugar and protein (even after changing my protein goal to allow more) you can check out my food list I have eaten quite a lot of veggies already and even had some porridge I am struggling to eat enough.

My gp tells me that this is part of my weight problem with my thyroid problem that if I don't eat enough my body stores to much weight. Help!!!! Any ideas?

    You have to make your diary public. Don't worry about eating within your macros as long as you stay in budget.
  • Trader joes sells protein bars called "think thin" that are high in protein and have 0g of sugar. Ad they're awesome.
  • Sorry, I completely misread what you were looking for. Try for somethig starchy? Like a bowl or whole wheat pasta or brown rice.

    not too sure about your health problem but as long as it doesn't affect it, i wouldn't worry about going over on protein. its also really easy to go over on sugar - usually a couple of bits of fruit will do it.
