MFP says that my calorie intake per day should 1630.
I used a weight loss calculator and it says in order to lose a pound a week I should eat 2745.
That seems like a lot of calories ...i have a hard time trying to eat the whole 1630 sometimes
I started exercising 30-45 minutes a day. my eating habits are much better.
clear answer pleasee....what should i do to guarantee at least 2-3 pound weight loss per week?
I say 2-3 because heavier people tend to lose more than average weight individuals
TIA

Just to clarify, what were the settings you used in each calculator? If you set MFP to lose 2 lbs a week, but you set the weight loss calculator to lose one pound a week AND you included exercise, that would explain most of the discrepancy.
Also, have you calculated your basal metabolic rate (BMR)? Since those are the calories your body uses every day just to stay alive, you should make sure that your intake is at least BMR.0 -
oh ok the second sentence lit a bulb in my head.
lets see what happens once i change it...
thanks0
