Just saying Hi!!

I'm 31, 5 Foot 6 Male (Short Ar*e!) about 13 Stone (183Lbs), and Recomping (Staying 13 Stone, less fat more muscle!). Progress judged in the gym\mirrors, more than the scale's. Lost around 1 Inch off Waist so far, plenty more to loose though

I'm competing in Powerlifting (UK) this year, so Gym 5 Mornings a week, Kickboxing 2 nights a week, Sparring\Strongman Saturdays

Hopeless on Diet stuff, Might be trying CBL (Carb Back Loading) soon, but am getting results from close to 2800\3200 Cals a Day, need to up that with the amount I'm doing though.

Anyone want's to add\rip my Diet to shreds feel free!!
