Whey Protein or Nonfat Greek Yogurt??

Good Morning weight loss friends. I'm currently making fruit and veggie smoothies in the morning for breakfast. I still want to have some protein as well. I have tried both nonfat greek yogurt and whey protein. I am curious which one offers the greatest over-all health benefit.
