MONTH 2 & GETTING BURNED OUT

I started my weightloss journey dec 26th 2012 and so far I`ve lost 22lbs. I eat healthy and now past 2 weeks i have been doing 3hr workouts 5 days a week. i feel burned out but also guilty if i dont workout, is this normal? I also platue a lot and dont understand smh
