need encouraging

Hey there....I am a 41 year old that needs to still lose about 25 lbs. I have done mfp for about 7 months and have lost 27 lbs but I have stalled and have not lost any weight since after Christmas. I stay under my calorie goal and I walk or jog at least 3 times sometimes 4 times a week. I have started to add some weight lifting this week hoping this helps but I am really discouraged. What do you do when you reach a plateau. Almost 2 months of no weight loss is really getting to me. Any one have any suggestions?
