Do I need a change?

Again, I’m just curious as to everyone’s opinion.

There is so much information out there regarding how many calories you should eat and how you should figure that in the first place.
When I first began this 20 lbs heavier – the weight was much easier to lose, now that I have changed my eating habits and am more active it’s much harder.

I eat mostly clean, and have started a lower carb diet.
I’m starting to wonder if I should try something else.

What works for you?

I’m not sure this info is needed but - - -

I currently weigh 159 lbs – I am working out about 3 times a week for 30 mins. (well, that’s what I use to do, just started back)

I have a desk job for 8 hours a day – but am fairly active after that…just meaning that I don’t go home and sit on the couch, my day usually calms down around 8 or 9 at night.

My daily calorie goal is currently set to 1300.

I’d also appreciate any help with macro numbers.
Thank You!
