exercize help

SOS! I have been keepig up with my weight loss goals and am very happy and proud of myself but my thighs are a huge problem area i want to slim them down and tone them up anyone have any exercize that has given them results? also something to tone up the bulges that form under the arms

    There's no such thing as spot reduction. You need to run a calorie deficit and the fat will come off from wherever it wants to come off. For men the last place is usually the gut and for women it's the thighs. I see you've made some great weight loss progress so far, so just keep doing whatever you're doing.
