I was thinking about doing the 30 day shred. When doing this, do I add in some walking, running or dancing into those 30 days as well or just do the shred for 30 days?
Let me know when you did/your thoughts and any success stories would be awesome, too!

I did day #30 yesterday and plan to continue, alternating levels, for another 2 weeks or until I can do all the moves like Natalie, aka bad a**, then move on to Jillian's Ripped in 30. I weighed and took measurements on day one; halfway through the program I was down 5.8 pounds and 8-1/2 inches overall. I will weigh and take "after" measurements this weekend to coincide with my regular weekly weigh-in. As for my routine, I aim to work out six days per week and usually do unless something urgent prevents me from doing so. In addition to 30DS, on four of those days I walk on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes, and the remaining two (weekends) I increase the treadmill time to 60-75 minutes. Overall, I am quite pleased with the results, not the least of which are some pretty awesome toned and defined arms! The first two days of level 1 and first day of level 2 were exceptionally challenging for me, but I pushed through and it improved with each day.
Good luck to you and stick with it--definitely effective!!0 -
I was planning on starting in like 2 weeks when I finish combat. But I was going to add some insanity workouts in to to get more cardio.0
