Questions on how low to go

Hi all~
So here is my question, I am trying to get down to 117 pounds that is where I have felt the best and in my opinion looked the best. I want to maintain that weight. for those of you who had been at the "goal weight" do you think it is best to lose a few pounds below that so you have wiggle room? I want the option to enjoy some of the foods that I have cut out. I have no intention on going overboard but really dont want to spend the rest of my life counting calories. Thanks in advance.

  • I decided to lose a few pound below then go on a bulk so I wouldn't look totally disgusting when I gain the inevitable few pounds of fat while bulking.
