Nap Time Help

Ok, I am a nanny for three very energetic boys. Most of the time I barely have enough time to breath let alone snack. However, come nap time (from 1pm - 3pm) it is all I can do to keep from eating every five minutes. My planned snack time is for 3, but I have soooo much trouble holding off till then. Any suggestions?

Dependant on what others tasks you have to do....why not take a nap too....sounds like you deserve it!0

keep some almonds in a ziploc in your purse and sneak them when you can!0

sounds like you're feeding the stress to wind down. perhaps read with a healthy snack at arms length. you may get so wrapped up in the story, you won't think to feed the frenzy. use that time to fit in a nap yourself as suggested. use that time to workout for 20 mintues, then have a healthy snack/drink and then relax.
point is, address that stress level and bring yourself down before you begin snacking.0
