Please help calculate my calorie intake!

Hello All,
I have been at this for a little while now and it’s been extremely slow, however, I took a break over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m just hoping to get some help to see where everyone would put me calorie wise. I believe I did my TDEE and subtracted 20%, so I have been eating 1800 calories. This last week I did have a little bit of a gain, however, I believe that was just a little bit of extra water. Basically, I’m just hoping to check my understanding and calculations.

I’m 28, 154 lbs, 5’5. I have a desk job that I try to move at as much as possible, but I am also doing Jillian Michael’s 30DS at least 3 times a week. My goal is 6 days but it doesn’t always happen. If others would just give me their advice on where they would put me calorie wise that would be great! Thanks in advance.

    I used fat2fit Using lightly active 3 days a week and got 1648 and don't eat back your exercise calories. , and then 1858 using Moderate 3-5 days a week (don't know what 30D shred is like).so wasn't sure of your intensity level

    Thank you so much for responding. I haven't been logging exercise, so I haven't been eating those calories. Do you think maybe I should pick a number in the middle since it's not the same every week or do you think I should go with the lower just to be safe?

    This is sort of what I did. I just make sure I eat about 1750ish calories a day, which is the average of the two.

    Well, I just pushed it down to 1700. I figured maybe that's a safe place.......oh I don't know!

    If you aim for about 1700 and then eat back any exercise calories that should work well. tf looks like your goal weight is about 130? Maintenance TDEE, sedentary, for your goal wieght is about 1665. You BMR is around 1500 so I would try not to eat under that.
