looks like sugar is more important than fat...

I have noticed that the sugar allowance is very low and I often go over mine just by having breakfast. Even if I have a "healthy" cereal and a piece of fruit, I have blown my sugar allotment for the day.
In comparrison, my fat allowance seems really high and I rarely meet it.
Has anyone else noticed this?

hi,
That always happens to me too. I rarely meet my fat allowance, but usually blow the sugar allowance. I eat a lot of fruit which is the culprit in my case!0 -
Sure have....drives me NUTS!!!!! But I have found that the weeks that my sugar intake is at least very close to MFP, I lose weight. However, if my sugar goes high....weight plateaus. Needless to say....I have to get my sugar intake back on track...fast!!!0

I hated that to the point I had to change my sugar to fiber I couldn't stand always being in the red with a bowl of cereal and 2-3 fruits a day
since i'm not eating candy and going junk food crazy it hasn't hurt me to change it. I figure I need these fruits.0 -
Well I am glad to know that I am not alone!!! LOL.0
