Potassium?

I'm on day 4 of my new keto diet that I'm attempting for the first time and I'm watching my potassium numbers and I'm only getting a few hundred a day at most. Looks like daily amounts are 3000-4000.

Whats the best course of action that wouldn't destroy my Keto?

Are you using the mfp db to get your total potassium consumed? If so, don't panic. Potassium is not a required item on nutrition labels, so the only potassium that's included in your mfp totals are from the foods where the label actually contains potassium data (which is few and far between). I can't help on the keto side, but google high-potassium foods and you'll see a lot of foods listed - see what fits your keto diet from that list (salmon, spinach, tomatoes, potatoes, yogurt are of the top of my head items - but not sure if your diet allows any of them).

Potassium deficiency is really rare in developed countries, that's why it isn't an included nutrient on packaging.

You're getting more than you think. Like VitaminDD said, Google it.
