i successfully lost 3 stone sticking to 1200 cals plus any extra for exercise 12 months ago. for the past year i have been maintaining my weight more or less think i have gained max 5 pounds since my lowest weight. i am now struggling to start up again as i would like to lose a little more weight i know i can do it because i have before but i need a bigger motivation i had my wedding last year to focus on. now because i am a healthy size i dont feel as motivated and find it
easy to fall of the wagon. i carry most of my weight around my middle so while i am happy with my new figure every where else i am really unhappy with my tummmy i go to pole fitness twice a week once for an hour and then once for an hour and a half, this is mainly improving muscle in my arms i dont have much time for exercise so try to do the best i can. how can i get rid of my new found sweet cravings so i can improve my weight loss?
