Help I am confused.....

I began using My Fitness Pal in conjunction with the Body Media Fit Link arm band. The feed back is great and they work together well. I am confused about how many calories I should be eating according to My Fitness Pal. On one hand it says my goal is 1470 and when I exercise it is adjusted by Body Media. I exercise 5 times a week, I just dont know how many calories to eat. I get 37 point on Weight Watchers and that seems to equal about 1600-1700 on My Fitness Pal because I track both places. How do I get the real # of calories per day? In the last few months I have stayed around the same weight up a smidge, down a smidge.....needless to say I an frustrated.
