How long to keep cetain food in fridge/freezer!

Hey guys this is a brochure from Trader Joe's that gives some guidelines on how long you should keep certain foods frozen or in the fridge! Sometimes i wonder about some foods so i thought i would share! :flowerforyou: Have a good day all!

    Thanx! I was just wondering about this yesterday. I had some meat in the fridge for over a week and before that it was frozen for a long time. I threw it away.

    mmm yeah to much time in the fridge..prob had bad bacteria by then, better safe than sorry :smile:

    Thanks, printed it out for reference. Pretty good on most things, although I was unsure on how long to keep things once opened....sometimes the expiry date doesn't apply if it is opened....so good to know!

    oh and they have other interesting brochures also like how to read nutrition facts, fats, vitamins & minerals, pairing food with wine lol..etc I :heart: Trader Joe's..
