5x5 strong lifts for women

so i have finally made up my mind to start lifting and decided to start the 5x5 strong lift but so far i have been seeing only pics of successful men and i really want to see its impact on women.please ladies i will love to hear your success stories with 5x5 stronglifts and before and after/during pictures will be well appreciated.advice for me on lifting will be welcomed too.thankss:flowerforyou:

this may be a stupid question - but can I sub dumb bell rows for the barbells rows? would that be just as effective and work the same muscles?0 -

I've ordered the New Rules of Lifting for Women, spurred on by success stories like these. Currently getting good results doing a programme with heavy dumbbells but want to up my game.0 -
Im not doing the stronglifts programme but Im lifting 5x5. Im alot stronger and have lost inches. You should definitely try Stronglifts.0

I do stronglifts and have had great results. my after pics are in the pink bikini top in my profile.
*** and by "after" I mean " still working on it " lol ive only been doing it for like 7-8 weeks ***0 -

Between 75-100 g of protein a day. That is all that matter for me, I do not eat clean or paleo.......or anything else.0
