Need Advice.....please

I am currently using a treadmill every other day using the c25k program. Should I be doing something on the off days and if so does anyone have any advice on what to do? Thanks for the help!

    For weight loss? Why don't you take up a weight-lifting program? Resistance training is really important. If you don't have access to weights, Google "Convict Conditioning" or "Body weight exercises." C25K isn't really much exercise...about 30 minutes per session.
  • 30 minutes per session is 30 minutes more that what I used to do. I have lost 24lbs since Jan 1 by watching what I eat and using the treadmill every other day. Just didn't know what to fill in with on the off days because I dont have access to weights nor do I know the first thing about lifting.

    I second the suggestion for searching for "body weight" exercises. Pushups, squats, lunges, etc. can be a great start to using those muscles on your "off" days.
