Help w/ choosing level of activity

hi, its my first day here and im having a difficulty choosing whether im am "sedentary" or "lightly active"
im first year in medicine school:
- i spend an average of 40-60 minutes daily on my bicycle, high speed, high gear usually
- i spend 4-6 hours studying in front of my laptop during weekdays, and up to 10 hours on the weekend.
- i hit the gym 3 times a weeks, around 1:10 weight lifting, 10 minutes on the treadmill prior, and then 15 minutes in the Sauna.
- other than the 3 times i usually manage to squeeze 30 minutes of swimming every 3 days.
id really appreciate any replies

This ^. You will have to add weight lifting as a cardiovascular exercise for it to count cals. I think its weight lifting general or if you prefer to do circuits. its in there too.0 -
lets say that it says that burn 300 calories each workout, so does that mean i have to eat 300 calories more on the day of the workout\?

MFP includes a calorie deficit every day, so on days you exercise, you need to log the exercise and eat back all (or most) of your exercise calories. MFP will keep track so you don't have to manually calculate anything.0 -
