new to vegan

Hi Everyone
My name is Sonia and I have been a vegan for only 2months. I crave sweets especially at nights. I really need some help with some ideas of what i could eat. I Have lost 8lbs but i have another 22 lbs to go. By the way i try to incorporate my sweets in my 1200 cal daily. Please help:tongue:

    There are plent of vegans on this site that their food diarys set to public. Try www.vegweb.com for some great recipes for deserts and sweets.

    Good luck in your new vegan lifestyle. I am transitioning to vegan myself, and its only been a couple weeks for me. I'm interested to see what advice you get here.
  • I am new to the site and have been a vegan for 4 months. I became one after reading The China Study. I tend to yo-yo and I need to go back down. I eat very healthfully but at my age the carbs in the vegan protein sources tend to put weight on. I'm committed, though, so I hope this charting my food will help me not snack on too many nuts and other high calories foods.
