I keep track of what I eat then put it into MFP but what should I do for days that food does not agree with me and I end up pucking every thing up? I ate this morning and felt sick tried not to puck but at lunch by body couldn't control the urge to puck and up came everything. I know I did get some calories from the food but not all that I would have if I did not get sick........

Err... to be honest if you really want to track it then I would just cut that in half or three quarters.
But really, if you are being sick that frequently you want to track it I suggest going to the doctors!0 -

Im not sure about the calorie tracking but I suggest a doctor as well.
you need to know why you seem to throw up so much.0 -
head to the doc. You shouldn't be throwing up your food on a regular basis. I'd make an appointment for this week.0

Is this a regular thing? Feeling sick and puking after eating is not normal unless you have a habit of giving yourself food poisoning. If this happens often enough where you feel the need to figure out how to track what your body may of absorbed than I would suggest speaking with your doctor about it. You shouldn't be getting sick from food often unless you either have a disorder, aren't cooking things properly or are eating things you shouldn't be.0

It sounds like you are regulary sick. I wonder if you should look into why that might be. I would think you would normall bring most of the food back up.
Good luck on your journey0 -
Agree with the others, go to the doctor if this happens regularly. Frequent vomiting will cause you far more internal issues than whether or not you're properly estimating calories -- very bad for your esophagus, teeth, and even eyes (due to the strain of vomiting).
Hope you're well soon.0 -
Go see a doctor not the forums. Regular puking does not = normal by any means. And if you are puking, tracking is not your issue.0
