Can you check my numbers please?

I'm using this calculator:

I'm a little unsure what activity level to use. My job is a desk job, but outside of work I'm fairly active and go running 3/4 times a week (currently about 1.5-2 hours a week). Based on that I'm guessing I should set it on 1-3hrs/wk of light exercise?

I'm 26, 133lb and 64". I'm trying to reduce body fat and get fitter, I'm not bothered about my weight as its in the healthy range. I've been steadily increasing my running since the start of the year and I'm wondering if I'm now hampering myself by not eating enough and if I should be aiming for 1933 calories rather than my current 1790.

Before anyone says it, yes, I know weight training will help with my goals and I am going to be incorporating it into my routine soon.
