I've just started the shakes yesterday. I can't find anywhere where it says how many snacks you should have or what type of snacks and also how many calories on average you should have for dinner.
I know there is controversy with shake diets but they work for me. They keep me full and spending the money makes me want to make sure that I don't screw up. I've been trying to eat healthy for almost a year and I just can't lose the weight. I like these because once I lose the weight, I can limit it to just a shake for breakfast and then get rid of the shakes altogether and start eating healthy since my appetite will have shrank and I will be more disciplined. Just had to throw that in because I know a lot of people are against them, lol
Anyways, any input is appreciated

I do the Body shakes - two a day. I think as long as you log these shakes and stay within your calorie intake you should be fine. I do mine with Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and some protein powder with rolled oats. Keeps me full and is around 150 calories. Two of these = 300 cals.0
