Hey everyone, I thought joining a community would be helpful in achieving my goals.

I'm 31 and have a 6 year old little boy.

I am very interested in lifting weights. i started about 6 weeks ago and wasn't seeing great results, so i've just started working with a trainer. i'll be working with him once a week- and i plan on lifting 4 times a week.

i really just want to see how in shape i can get!
