Hi there! Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I'm 29 with 4 kids of my own. Gained about 30 pounds since I met my hubby 9 1/2 years ago. Although he loves me regardless, I want to be more what he deserves. I also don't want to be the fat mom on the sidelines! I want to get in the game with my active kids. We are also planning a trip to the coast of Oregon in just over a year for our 10th anniversary. Can't be looking like I do walking the sandy beaches of the ocean!
Have been currently working on a new lifestyle....counting calories & exercising! What a change. LOL I try to maintain 1300-1400 calories a day & I do strength training workout twice a week & one cardio a week at the gym. With weather getting nice now I will get more cardio in outside!
