Bras in the USA

Okay, I don't mean to come across as snarky, but regular posts about how hard it is to find DD+ sports bras make me wonder how far behind the USA is with DD+ bras.
You can buy bras up to a F, FF or G cup in most supermarkets (even if they aren't always great quality in Asda) and department stores in the UK and it's not too hard to find GGs and Hs (after that you're mostly stuck to Bravissimo and Figleaves).
Even 13 years ago, when I first entered the DD+ ranks, it was easier to find plus cup bras in the UK than it is in the USA now... but for a country that leads the way in so many things related to shopping it seems bizarre that you're so far behind in this!

So, like, you moved from the UK to the USA and can't find a bra that fits or something? What do you want from us?0

In all reality, I do think the UK has better bras for larger sizes. It's always on my shopping list when I get to go.0

Us as in people of the forums (duh). Don't worry, I'm not trying to pass as someone from the U.S.A, I'm hated enough on here.0 -
They arent saying they can't find where to buy DD+ cup bras. They're just asking for suggestions on good sports bras for large busted ladies that will hold their boobies from bouncing around.
ETA: None the less, I do agree though, that the UK has a better DD+ cup bra selection.0 -
Don't wear a bra , problem solved.0

I wonder if it's really as impossible to find decent large cup bras in the US as it's made out to be.0 -

Harder than it is there. In my opinion. Hope that answers your question. :flowerforyou:0 -

it's hard to find a large cup, small band bra here, i know that. A 34 D was a search, selection was ****, and I came home with 2 out of 3 strapless bc they were intended as strapless bras for 36 D wear-ers.0 -

I love you both and all 4 of your combined boobs, even if they aren't Canadian. :grumble:0 -

It's not the D, DD, F......H that's the problem. It's the circumference when you have a small rib cage.
Try finding a 32DD. That is difficult. So glad to not be that size anymore.
PSA: Attention all Americans, Canadians, Asians, etc. Figleaves.com ships internationally in multiple currencies.
That is all.0 -

Finding small band sizes is a challenge. I wear band size 28.0 -
North America is soooo behind the UK and Europe for good bra, especially in larger cup sizes. Our department stores typically only care up to DD after that you need to go a specially store that carries mostly British and European bras. You can buy online once you know what bra you want.
Every time I go to the UK I spend quite a bit of time bra shopping. Best t-shirt bra I every bought was from M&S and it was so cheap even with the conversion to Canadian dollars.0
