Calorie dense food suggestions

Hi, I eat approximately 2300-2500 calories/day and I've been having trouble finding GOOD food to meet my requirements.
I don't eat processed foods, but I eat full fat dairy, lean meats and mostly natural foods. I'm kind of sick of eating peanut butter and almond butters just to meet my daily requirements, so excluding nuts, and nut butters, oils, etc, what are some calorie dense foods?
I'd rather not resort to eating chocolates and sweets to fill my macros, so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Hummus is full of calories, avocados, mash an avocado & eat it with grilled chicken breast. Cut and avocado in half, take out the Pitt, crack an egg into the hole left & bake in the over for 15-20 minutes (delicious!) if you haven't had cashew butter try than it's amazing. Ever thought about protein bars like Quest? Natural ingredients, full of protein & around 160kcal per bar. Bananas are quite high cal. Kale is a pretty high cal veggie. What about making smoothies? And add chia seeds to everything, you'd be surprised how quick the calories add up! Pasta is super high calorie. Etc. there's limitless options out there!0

Yeah, I've tried the Quest bars; the peanut butter ones, and I'm not really a fan. They have a waxy texture and it's not something I see myself eating on a daily basis. Plus they're really hard to get a hold of where I live. I'd have to order them online, and then with shipping, it's just expensive.
Avocados; yes, I eat them often. Cashew butter, no, I'm pretty sick of nut butters so far =P.
I eat bananas, but try to not eat more than 2 a day, because of the high sugar content.
I make my own hummus, and it's delicious. Good suggestion!0 -
Great post! I have issues getting my calories in with "good" choices sometimes too! My problem is I don't like peanut butter, I can't even stand the smell of it or any other nut butter. I know sounds silly considering I love nuts lol. I also don't like avacados. I wonder about adding chia seeds or hemp seeds to my smoothies along with protein powder. Also I understand that quinoa is good and has good calories as well as protein. I am going shopping Friday and go tho buy some of these. so any other suggestions would be awesome.0

Different types of cheeses0

My problem is I'm not a cheese person. I'll eat regular cheese like mozarella or cheddar, but I'm not a fan of those smelly cheeses and brie-type cheese.0
