What you wear some find strange going into a store

I mean it's often in my town and probably a lot of others that athletes will go in to stores and people glance (football, volleyball, hockey players).

But when I walk in dressed in breeches and maybe my pair of tall riding boots. Some look at me like I'm crazy. It's like they've never seen someone in riding gear before. XD

So what about you? Ever go into a store and get strange looks?
In a college town, it isn't uncommon at time to see someone in a costume actually walk in as a joke! Fun sight to see at time, makes you smile.
