How do I post picture to the news feed??

Hi! I've been on mfp for about 35-day now and just wondering if you can post pics, video, etc....onto the news feed?!?!?! Please help if you can!

You cannot post pics to news feeds - you can only post urls to them where people need to copy paste into their browser.
