I am terribly confused about net calories. I have a calorie goal of 1310 and I try to burn at least 200 calories a day with exercise. I now have 89.9 pounds to lose and I am confused being the beginner that I am.
how many net calories should I have at the end of the day in order to lose the most weight? when I complete my entry at the end of the day, it says that I will weigh less in 5 weeks the less my net calories are. I am so confused.

Before anyone jumps down my throat about my calorie intake, it's something that I talked to a professional about and he wanted me to try for 1300 calories. everyone freaks out about my intake but, I eat a lot and I am full at the ebd of the day. My diary should be open to the public.
Thanks!

Well of course the lower your net calories are the lower MFP says you'll end up in 5 weeks. They just do basic math.... that doesn't mean it's healthier.

Your net should be 1300 calories.
