    Anything can be breakfast food.

I've even eaten salad for breakfast..

I like to mix avocado with a hard boiled egg and put it on lettuce then I put some of my homemade strawberry jam on whole grain toast with a big glass of water and walk to work where I have coffee. (this is my go to breakfast)

I also do the shake thing, (greek yogurt, fruit of choice, honey, little milk, flax seed)
done fruit salad. Leftover dinner. My moms favorite breakfast is baked chicken.

Pancakes, waffles, cereal oatmeal. biscuits and gravy.

2 eggs, ham, cheese slice, on a bagel or wrap or pita.

cut up leftover potatoes and throw them in a frying pan with some butter. add onion and peppers and some cut up leftover meat. or bacon! I would add more veggies but that's the traditional ingredients (per my uncle)

Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwiches if you're on the go.
A yogurt, some fruit and an English muffin with light butter.
A yogurt, granola bar and fruit.
Basic scrambled eggs (yes the whole damn egg) in cooking spray with some ketchup or sriracha sauce to dip in.

I always make it a point to have protein at breakfast. Keeps me going until lunchtime.
