Hey guys

A little about myself:
Hey yalls, hows it going! I'm new to this site, so here is some facts about me
I am a dancer, i dance 5 times a week and do some Latin dancing on the weekends. In the summer, i swim in the pool and go walking in the park for an hour. I also play tennis and basketball, as well as volleyball, soccer, and some baseball. Last year, i weighed in at 130 pounds by the end of the school year, and i was determined to lose more. I exercised even more, since i had free time, and eating was when i was hungry. However, it consisted mostly of corn and grilled zucchini, YUM! I did have other foods, but that was about once or twice a week. I gained that summer 10 pounds. I can't lose it now. At all. I eat less, yet i gain weight. I have become so obsessed with losing weight that i have been depressed at times, wanting to take my life sometimes. It didn't help with the fact that my family had chastised me with eating and called me fat since i was little, about 6 if i remember correctly.

I just wanted to ask all of you if you have ever experienced the time where you rarely eat and don't lose weight, even if you exercise. I also do remember going out to eat and saying, 'oh, i'm going to gain 5 pounds' when really, i actually l lost. Has that happened to you?

Also, some tips on losing weight would be helpful.
