Thoughts on Pre-Workouts and Natural Ways to Get Energized

Hey everyone,

I've been taking various (oddly colored) pre workouts now for about two months and I love the effects on my workouts...but I hate knowing that I'm doing long term damage to my body. I know that various pre-workout drinks can cause kidney damage, liver damage, bloating, cramping, and accidental caffeine addictions! I'm looking into things I can make for myself before a workout or "vegan" supplements I can take instead of sketchy pre-workout drinks. Anyone have any thoughts on this? P.S. please feel free to add me and help me on my journey to figure out what "healthy" really means! I'm trying to better educate myself.
