Ok, so I know working out anytime is good for you, DUH. I've been working out 5-7 days a week and I plan to keep it that way, I've been doing awesome on my journey! I just started doing morning workouts because I work long days and sometimes I just don't feel like going after but don't worry I still do. My question is... are there specific health benefits to work out in the morning vs. after 6/7? This semi-stupid question came to me because I know "they" say to try not to eat after 7 because that is when your body starts to "slow", so this question on the workout popped into my hamster wheel brain. Anyways, any thoughts or knowledge is appreciated. You guys are awesome!!

I don't think so. I think the best time is the time of day is that works best for you, because you are most likely to stick with it.
I work out at night only, and have had great results.0 -
Time of day doesn't matter for either food or exercise.0

My gym always has these tips on their tv screens and one of them says morning exercise routines can be beneficial by boosting metabolism compared to doing it during other parts of the day. But do not sacrifice sleep for exercise!0

Night time exercise helps me sleep better at night. Just another bonus...0

Thank you all for the input. I hear mixed things from friends & people at the gym so it's nice to get some feedback!0
