On Easter we went to the park there is a decent sized grass slope there and we had some moving boxes in the car and thought we'd try sliding down the slope on boxes, before I was so big I would have never tried it, felt humiliated, but on Sunday not only did I give it a try I even tried doing it standing up a few times it was a blast and the kids loved doing it with me, this is one of those things were i'm so happy I stick with it to have fun with my kids in ways that before I felt just to big to do.

Thanks for sharing, that sounds like a lot of fun, and I can definitely relate to not trying things due to my size.

 That's so sweet.. That's the sort of thing I think about when dieting starts to get hard. I don't have any kids of my own, but a boat load of nieces and nephews that I love to play with. Your story really made me smile.

I had a great time swinging at the park with my kids yesterday. The seat always hurt my butt before because it didn't fit well. That wasn't a problem yesterday. I only stopped to join my oldest son on an adventure in the woods.
