Newbie=)

Hello everyone! My name is Joanna and I'm from the south. I've joined my fitness pal to hopefully help me lose over 100 pounds. I've been overweight all my life and just recently had my second child and was able to lose the 20lbs I gained within a month due to breast feeding. Since then it's been tough since I burn around 500 calories a day nursing little man I always seem hungry. I'm not trying to starve myself I just want to make better choices for my baby and myself. If anyone has tips that could help I'd greatly appreciate it and look forward to meeting some awesome people!!
