I usually use this on my ipod but when I logged on I saw there was a whole community! Very neat. I am Erin and working my way down the pounds. I started this program about 5lbs in so add 5lbs lost to my scale. Good luck everyone!

    Hi Erin, welcome to MFP. This site is great, it really opens your eyes to how many calories different foods contain, and
    how fast those calories can add up. I also like using this site to log my exercise. I am sure that you will find MFP
