When life gets busy, I munch away. New ideas please!

I've been working, interning, and going to school since the fall...and I think my body is finally giving up. I'm up and going at 7am and my day doesn't stop until close to 9pm. I haven't had time to exercise the last few days because by 9pm (or even 4pm), I'm just exhausted! This week has been more challenging because I've got a lot to get done in a small amount of time...

And I'm noticing that I'm constantly munching now! I might not be hungry...but I'll crave sweets or my mom's cooking. Does that make sense? I've gone over my calories yesterday and today. It's like I want to be munching on stuff while I'm up and going and doing things. Food seems to help me stay calm in hectic times. (Woah, just had an aha moment!)

Any ideas on how to not turn to food to calm my mind? Someone told me to chew gum but I'm not big on that...
