Somehow the thought of abdominal cramps, unceasing/explosive diarrhea, constant hunger, headaches and a huge loss of lean body mass just doesn't take me to my "happy place".

Definitely. And not eating all day can trigger my migraines...and those can last 2-3 days so not only would I be miserable for 3 days because of a cleanse that really doesn't do anything at all....I'd end up sick and more miserable for an additional 2-3 days.
