Hi, I'm twenty one years old, and I am not just looking for a temporary fix to lose weight. I am looking for a total life transformation - I rarely weigh myself, ever, because the number on the scale isn't so important to me. My main focus is to learn to resist mindless eating and learn to fuel my body with things that actually have nutritious values to them. Of course, I will likely always be a chocolate addict, but still. This past January I started doing Yoga to become more centered and relieve some of the stress that comes from trying to balance university (political science major) and working (waitress)
