Will this ever go away???

Ok, every once in a while I will treat myself to a handful of M&Ms or eat out like once every couple of weeks or so (still getting something with grilled chicken and things like that...), but I always feel guilty afterwards! I still work out 6 days a week, drink lots of water and eat well throughout the day but, even still, I feel like I'm setting myself back SO far by treating myself every now and then. Will that feeling ever go away!????
Any words of advice or helpful little hits...anything, would be appreciated..Thanks!

The only thing you can do is just.. try and ignore it I suppose? You're human, you're going to mess up occasionally and it's ok. But.. regardless, it's ok to have a treat or go out to eat every once and a while. Try not to beat yourself up so much! I know how ya feel!0

Don't feel bad about it! Its normal, you shouldn't feel guilty! You're doing great! Everyone cheats on their diet, I know I do, and of course sooner or later you wont feel the craving of sweets and more cravings for carrots or ( please fill in space with some other fruit/veggie of choise) lol. Don't worry about it too much, you are still losing wieght and your getting better right?
Good job so far, and dont worry so much!0 -
Well, I think I'm losing weight still lol I decided that I will only weight and measure once a month (so the 4th of each month for me) that way I don't get discouraged if I weight once a week and don't see the scale change at all. So as of right now, I dont know if I'm more than two pounds down...
As far as getting better....I guess I am! I never really thought to think back at when I very first started this a few weeks ago. I over ate for the first 4 or 5 days because I felt like I just HAD to have some pizza or taco bell or whatever anyone else around me was eating. And it's not like that anymore! For example, the last time pizza was ordered I didnt eat one piece...I made myself a baked potato and a piece of chicken...YAY!!
I'm still ready for this guily, weak feeling to away when I have a treat every now and again, though...it makes me feel like a failure or something!0 -
It's not cheating. Your end goal is to make a lifestyle change, right? I don't think swearing off treats is realistic for the long term.
I saw a meme once and it said "One bad meal won't make you fat just like one good meal won't make you skinny".
All things in moderation...0
