I eat a lot of vegan desserts. They aren't exactly one hundred percent healthy, but they are usually better for you than their non vegan alternatives.

For example, tonight I made raspberry dark chocolate truffles with cashews, frozen raspberries, stevia, cocoa powder and sea salt.

Last week i made chocolate chip cookie dough dip with chick peas, vegan chocolate chips, agave nectar, and sea salt.

The key, I think, is too look for alternatives and keep everything in moderation. I know its beating a dead horse, but food is fuel to me 98 percent of the time and not for pleasure.
  • My favorite:

    Frozen Banana
    Tablespoon of Coco powder
Tablespoon of PB or raw almond butter

put it all in a food processor. process til smooth

    approximately 210 calories:-)

I am loving the 3 2 1 cake .........which is 1 box of angel food cake with a box of any other cake flavor .....mix the dry cake together in a plastic bag ....each time you want a personal cake ...take out 3 tablespoons of dry cake mix put it in a bowl .... add 2 tablespoons of water ... put in the microwave for 1 minute and you have a personal cake .... I top it with peanutbutter , whipcream or whatever you like that fits within your calories ......GOOD LUCK

I would if I knew them! I use http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/ to get a base guide and then I wing it and adapt it however i can. I don't have a blender so I just figure it out. But she is a plethora of knowledge at that site.

I put a 60 calorie sugar free jello pudding cup in the freezer for about 3 and a half to 4 hours and it was so delicious I almost fell off the sofa! Like fudgy ice cream!

LOVE Chocolate Covered Katie! I've also added chia seeds to a couple of her dessert recipes for a little extra crunch and the added chia seed benefits. :-)
