Olive oil?

If I use olive oil in my cooking- do I enter in the amount of exactly what I used? Like if I put a tbsp into the pan when I stir fry vegetables- do I enter 1 tbsp into my diary- or do I assume some burns off?
My hubby cut up sweet potatoes, put a Lil olive oil oil and cinnamon on them and baked them. Wondering how much oil I should log
Thoughts?

If I use one tbsp of olive oil for stir fry or anything else I log it...would rather be little over then under log it...
so measure it and log it0 -
I try to guesstimate how much stuck myself.0

agreed. I also log whatever I used to cook with...0

yes, log what you use. Where else do you think it's going to go? I'm not a fan of Olive Oil. I'd rather spend the calories on something else.0

It should only be a tablespoon or two, so it isn't too bad. Plus it is a good source of fat.0
