I have read a lot on here how people arent eating enough to lose weight. I gotta say it confuses me. People need to eat more to lose weight. Ok so if I eat too little I will gain weight? So if I stop eating all together the weight gain should be incredible?

Right now I'm at 295. Its a pretty accepted fact that you can go with out eating for at least 3 weeks without eating before you die. If I go for only 2 weeks with out eating how much would I weigh? What kills you after 3 weeks with out eating if you are steadily gaining weight?

i think i will try for 10,000 calories a day, the weight should just melt off then!!!

Don't worry about starvation mode. If you restrict your cals to an extreme amount your body will be screaming at you to eat. That is something that you cannot ignore every second of every day unless you have anoxia. Just start with on eating real natural foods as opposed to prepackaged/processed crap and refined sugars.

Most time peoples intentions when bringing up starvation mode is just to tell people not to try to live off of some tiny unrealistic amount of food. Most people that do give up really quickly and go right back to what they were doing before.
