Advice on shoes

What would be a good pair of walking shoes and running shoes to buy? :)

    Most will tell you to go to a running speciality store. I highly recommend it, so you don't injure yourself wearing shoes that don't fit your foot or your gait. I have found my favorite shoes are Asics, specifically Asics Cumulus 14. I have a neutral foot, so I have to make sure I don't get a stability shoe. I also recently found out I was getting shoes too big for what I really needed.
