Macro timing

Hello everyone! I have not exercised in quite sometime and I am now going to start with some light strength training cardio and eating better. So is there a general order or suggestion on when your eating throughout the day as to when one should consume the carbs, protein's and fats. Is generally better to consume more carbs earlier in the day? Or vise verse? My exercises will generally be in the mid to late evenings. Thanks everyone!

Timing of meals should be based on personal preference (increase your ability to adhere to the plan) and workout energy/performance (ability to work as hard as possible during your workouts).
Eat whenever works best for you based on your schedule, workouts, hunger, sleep quality, etc. Meal timing makes no different on weight loss in the long run.0 -
Okay. Great! That is kind of what I was hoping. It seems I enjoy eating most if my proteins later in the day.
Thanks!0
