exercise and brekfast

Hi can any one tell me is it best to do my 30 min walk which at weekend i do in the morning before breakfast or after for the best cal loss !

    Both are fine I personally would rather do it before breakfast than after I hate working out after food.

    But that's just a personal preference.

    Do what you prefer there is no right or wrong in this.

    its really a personal preference - i used to be able to walk my kids to school in the morning on nothing more than coffee, but lately i need to have a little something to eat or im starving halfway there. so ill have a clif bar or yoogurt or granola bar and then have my main breakfast when i get back home.
