    just getting in from the ER for a dislocated shoulder.........ouch!!!
    This happened to me 9 times before i got an operation ... shoulder has never been the same in gym
    How did you manage to dislocate your shoulder 9 times?
    i used to do MMA , thats where it all started ... the 9th time it happened in my sleep and that was when i decided to get the op done
    Oh wow. Did you have a favorite MMA style...jiu jitsu etc?
