Hey everyone...I've been running a little over two miles each morning. I plan to slowly (very slowly) increase my distance. In the evening I do random workout videos like 6-week six pack, yoga, random strength videos, etc. I have been feeling like I need more structure for the evening and also want to do something that has a record of intense results. So I have Insanity now and want to start it Monday. Just worried, after reading how tough it is, that running will be too much. Any experience with this? I want to follow the 6 day a week program for sure.
